About the shades 

We offer all of our polyester products in a range of colours all of which can be seen in our photographs. We have done our best to ensure that the picture are a true representation of the product and colour, however image colours may appear differently on different monitors.


The size stated is the size of the tablecloth please measure your table and allow for a overhang we can also make these in rectangle or square

The picture is of a 3ft table with a 58" tablecloth.

Soft Polyester 180gsm

Washes well and most stains can be removed

Edges over locked for a nicer fall.

We use superior cotton thread on our over locking machines

Please note that the diameter of the plastic ring is approximately 38mm

Sizing

Please ensure that you have measured your tables correctly. For example

58" would fit a 3ft (36") diameter table and would allow for a 11" overhang or a 4ft (48") diameter table and would allow for a 5" overhang


If you need several tablecloths in the same colour please ensure that you order them at the same time as we are unable to guarantee that the shades will be identical if they are made from different rolls of fabric.

Despatch Details:

All tablecloths are made to order in the UK by our own team of machinists. We dispatch orders of up to 10 the next working day, however if you require a larger order please contact us directly on 0161 302 0888  between 9.30 am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

Packaging: 

All of our tablecloths are made to order by us (Hope Textiles Limited) directly and as we know that most people throw packaging away, we have decided not to use branded packaging. Our tablecloths will be sent in a clear grip seal/self seal bag which you can then re-use. This allows us to keep our costs low and pass on any savings to our valued customers.

We aim to respond to all emails the same day however please up to 24 hours especially during peak seasons such as wedding, halloween and christmas.

In the unlikely event that your are unhappy with your purchase or have not received your order please contact us and allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and have found that most problems can be resolved easily.

Important Postal Information

We guarantee free postage to anywhere in the UK including the Scottish Highlands & Borders, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland. Orders which weigh more that 2kg will be sent to these areas (Scottish Highlands & Borders, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland) in multiple parcels so that we can avoid the additional charges made by the courier service.



Any emails or enquiries will be dealt with during our office open hours.

As a small family run business we pride ourselves on our level of customer service and will do everything that we can to ensure our customers are happy.

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3pm and emails sent during this time will be responded to the same day. 


We do monitor the inbox outside of these hours however we cannot guarantee that you will receive a response the same day.

Bulk Discount

We have carefully priced or products so that we can offer a fast and efficient service to all of our customers at a low price. 
As part of the service we offer low Postage & Packaging, UK made products and excellent customer service. Whilst we are unable to offer a discount on our products we have capped postage charges so that our customers will not pay any more than £10.99 per individual order.

Dispatch & Delivery

We dispatch all orders within 1 working day unless otherwise stated on the listing. Our products are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the items weight.


If you have not received your order?


Whilst we ensure that all orders are dispatched with in the time frame given, we are aware that occasionally items do go astray within Royal Mails system or items may be delayed due to the time of year i.e Christmas or severe weather conditions. 
If you have been affected please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Please bear in mind that our products are made to order so please allow enough time for us to be able to help. We are unable to offer any assistance if you 1st contact us the day before the item is needed.

Colours & SIzing

Colours


We have taken great steps to ensure that our photographs are as true to life as possible and checked them on different devices within the office including mobiles, tablets and computers, however we are aware that different screen settings on your device may display the colour slightly differently to that of the actual product.


Our stock levels are constantly being replenished daily as all of our products are made to order. If you are purchasing an item as a sample please be aware that the colour of your actual order may vary slightly as it may not be from the same roll as the sample that you originally ordered. We would advise that if you are purchasing a sample you place your full order with a day or two of receiving your sample as we may still have the original roll of fabric.


Sizing


Please ensure that you measure your table correctly to avoid disappointment.


Round Tables - Measure the diameter of the table and then add the over hang you would like on either side to get your final measurement. e.g table measure 38" (96cm) and I want an over hang of 10" (25cm)  on each size. I need a tablecloth that measures 58" (147cm)


Square/rectangle - Measure the Length & width of the table and then add the over hang you would like on either side to get your final measurement. e.g table measure 30" (76cm) x 78" (198cm) and I want an over hang of approximately 10" (25cm)  on each size. I need a tablecloth that measures approximately 50" (147cm) x 98" (249cm)


If you have received an item that you are not happy with please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the issue.

Returns

We pride ourselves on our level of customer service and want to ensure that all of our customers are happy if the issue is something that you think we can help with please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist.


If for any reason you wish to return your item you can do so within 14 working days of receipt.


To qualify for a refund you must return the item in an unused and re-saleable condition along with the original packaging. Once your return has been received 


 Please ensure that you include a cover letter with your sales record number or ebay user id so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds will normally be processed within 3 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of return postage unless otherwise agreed.
