Domestic Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. 100% of our products are warehoused right here in the United States, which means you'll have them in 3-5 business days (with the exception of AK & HI). International Shipping
International orders, including Canada, typically take 3-6 weeks (and up to 8 weeks) for delivery. We don't know why the shipping companies take so long; we encourage you to call them and complain. We will select the shipping carrier, no exceptions, and tracking may not be available.

Toy Story
Woody, a traditional pull-string talking cowboy, has long enjoyed a place of honor as the favorite among six-year-old Andy's menagerie of toys. Quick to calm their anxieties about being replaced by newer arrivals, Woody finds his own confidence shaken, and his status as top toy in jeopardy, upon the arrival of Buzz Lightyear, simply the coolest space action figure ever made. Woody plots to get rid of Buzz, but things backfire and he finds himself lost in the outside world with Buzz as his only companion. Joining forces to find their way home, the two rivals set out on an adventure that lands them in the clutches of Sid, a sadistic neighborhood kid who is notorious for dismembering and reassembling 'mutant' toys in his bedroom. As 'guests' of Sid and his dog, Scud, the two fugitive toys forge a genuine friendship and learn that only through mutual trust and respect do they have any chance of survival.
Toy Story 2
The adventures of toys Woody and Buzz Lightyear continue when their owner Andy goes off to summer camp, leaving them to their own devices. Things take a bad turn when an obsessive toy collector kidnaps Woody because he is a highly valuable collector's item. Buzz Lightyear, Mr. Potato Head, Slinky Dog, Rex and Hamm, all leap into action to rescue Woody and get home before Andy returns from camp.
Toy Story 3
When their owner clears out his bedroom in preparation for starting college, Woody, Buzz and the rest of the toy-box gang are dumped in the donations box at a local nursery school and find themselves at the mercy of a horde of wild, sticky-fingered toddlers. As they struggle to stay together while coping with the chaos, the gang meet a new bunch of toys led by pink teddy bear Lotso, while Barbie is at last united with her male counterpart, Ken. The yearning to return home cannot be ignored, however, and many comical adventures ensue as the toys make a series of elaborate escape attempts.

You have 30 days to contact us to return the item. This is from the day you receive the item, not the day you place the order.
If the item is unopened, just pay for return shipping with tracking and we'll refund you 100%. Please contact us for the proper return address.
If the item is opened and not defective, you pay for return shipping and there will be a 25% restocking fee. If you feel you deserve an exception, then contact us and we'll be happy to resolve the issue - we're here to take care of you.
Not reading the item description and then wanting to return an item will be subject to a restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, Wrong, Lost Items
We will fix this problem at no cost to you, and please accept our apologies in advance for the grief.
We will decide whether to refund you 100% or replace with an identical item. You may have to wait until we receive the item back before we send a replacement so we can verify that it is damaged. We will pay for all return shipping costs and, when applicable, shipping of the replacement item back to you.
