Domestic orders are usually delivered 3-6 business days after payment clears.
International orders vary but are usually received 7-10 business days after payment clears.
International orders, notably those sent to Australia, may take an additional 10-14 business days due to customs processing delays.
Customs clearance and inspections can delay the transit time for International shipments. We have no control over the processing and handling time due to Customs inspections or review.
Please understand that once a package is picked up by USPS we have no control over the transit time while in route to the final destination.
Although we do try to process all orders within 24 hours, sometimes unexpected events arise and processing may take slightly longer.

Exchanges may be made if buyer would needs a different size due to ordering the incorrect size initially. Shipping will be paid by the buyer to return the original item and re-send the new item.
Returns for refund are permitted due to buyer purchasing an incorrect size, incorrect item, or changing their mind after receiving an item. Please check the return policy because a restocking fee may be assessed by eBay's Managed Return Policy guidelines.
