This is an ornate piece by Morton Parker. Morton Parker is located in Trenton, Ontario Canada. The tray is from their Marlboro Line and it is electroplate silver on brass. It has a good weight to it and it measures ten inches in diameter. The piece is footed and measures one and three quarters inches from the bottom of the feet to the top of the tray. The feet are one fourth inches tall.
