Insurance is included on all items at no extra Charge.

Returns are accepted for money back within 14 days. The item must be received in exact same condition as sent out or it will be send back to you and provide no refund. On electronics all serial #'s are checked in case of returns to make sure I receive the same item. If any items are received damaged email me first so that we could get the shipper involved, file a claim and get the refund processed ASAP.

Customer returns have been purchased by consumers and returned to a retailer for many reasons. The condition of our retail returns varies from new to open box items. We carry brand new products in original packaging and in full working order. For a variety of reasons, this wholesale liquidation merchandise is considered excess inventory and offered at deep discounts.

Types of new merchandise are:

Overstock merchandise:

Product that does not make it to the retail shelf. For instance, the retailer may have purchased more than stores could sell and needs to clear overstock merchandise out their warehouse.

Closeout merchandise:

Product that was in the store but is no longer offered by retailer. Typically, surplus closeout merchandise is older inventory or excess seasonal product, such as Halloween merchandise.

Wholesale shelf pulls:

Product that was in the retail store but pulled off the shelf to make room for new inventory.
