Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
All goods will be sent immediately upon payment. We use USPS Priority Flat Rate for all our shipments unless specified by the buyer at his or her expense.
International Shipping
We ship all packages (USPS Priority Flat Rate) ASAP but once they are passed over to the post office shipping times are out of our control and packages cannot be tracked. Shipping times vary with Canada being the quickest (6-10 Days) and other countries from 1-3 weeks. We consider a package late after 1 month and will come up with a solution such as a replacement or a refund. If you require effective tracking or faster shipping times please consider another shipping alternative. All customs and import duties are the buyers responsibility and do not reflect in the price of the item.
Terms of Sale
We stand by our product! If you are unhappy with your purchase we provide a full return within 14 days of purchase! Please see the following guidelines for returns.
Goods unwanted/incorrectly ordered - Full Refund/Exchange, buyer pays all shipping.
Goods faulty/incorrectly sent - Replacement will be sent/refund, zootzu pays all shipping.
