A: You always need to take attention for the 3G/4G frequency. For example, Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 is use GSM 850/900/1800/1900, HSDPA(3G) 850/900/1900/2100.

Case 1: use AT&T sim, AT&T is use 3G 850/1900, so you can get the 3G data.

Case 2: use T-mobile sim, T-mobile is use 3G 1700/2100, as the phone not support 3G 1700 so you can′t get the 3G data.(*Some area have 3G 1900 coverage now, so you may can receive 3G data in some City)

In both case, if you don′t need 3G support, you can dial and receive call. You can check your sim network here:

Shipping:

Our Free Shipping is already included Shipping Insurance that means once the item got lost / stolen during delivery & you will get the Refund. Your item is fully protected.
Item will be ship out next business day after the payment is fully cleared.
Import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility. However No Import Tax within USA. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to to bidding/buying.

Return:

The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturer packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals etc. Item must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping and shipped via traceable means (please email us the tracing code once you ship item back. Any lost or damage while shipping back, we will not cover it). Each box must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization ** (RMA) number. After obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please return the item back to us WITHIN 7 DAYS. All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from their original date of issue. Returned packages without an RMA number or with an invalid or expired RMA, it will not be followed. 20% of restocking fee would be charge if the buyers don't wants the phone of any reasons.

It's the buyers responsibility for the shipping cost (send to us) if an item needs to be returned. We will cover the return shipping cost(send back to buyer).
