We have a purpose built assembly and test workshop incorporating modern workshop practices to ensure that all components are to the very highest quality. We are using the latest VSR balancing machines available for testing and we record the data of each balanced cartridge to which you will be given a copy of with your order.

Our products are also laser etched with our personal part number, a serial number and our turbocharger systems logo to back up the quality of each turbocharger cartridge.

Turbocharger Systems also offers a range of repair kits for turbocharger cartridges.

Please be advised we recommend that you diagnose and rectify the reason why your old turbocharger cartridge failed before installing a new cartridge.

There is a risk of damaging your new cartridge if you fail to do the relevant checks.

We also Recommend that the cartridge is fitted by a qualified mechanic, please note returns will not be accepted unless they have been fitted by a mechanic who can provide details of the work done and new parts purchased. A cartridge should never fail if it is fitted correctly. A guide for fitting the cartridge is sent out with every order.
