::  30 days Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand there may be occasions where buyers may want to return the received item, therefore we offer 30 days return policy.

Buyers will need to notify us within 30 days from the day after the item is received, quoting your order reference number or buyer’s ID and the reason that you wish to return or exchanged, UK buyers will then have an additional 14 calendar days to return the item to us, and 30 calendar days for *international buyers. Buyers will be solely responsible for the delivery cost of the return item, full refund including original delivery cost sending the item to buyers will be made within 7 working days after the return item is received by us in *resaleable condition. We recommend buyers to use a recorded shipping service for all returns and please keep proof of posting to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit.

*International Return
To avoid paying extra import duty, all international returned goods must be clearly marked “RETURNED GOODS” on the outside of the parcel. We will not accept parcel that result in duty having to be paid. Return postage, packing insurance and direct costs will be the responsibility of the buyers. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. Customers are responsible for Import duty, VAT, or other taxes outside of the EU countries.

* Resaleable Condition
The item(s) being returned need to be in perfect condition and in their undamaged, unopened and original packaging.  We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been personalised, tried and /or used, unless it is deemed to be *faulty.

*Faulty / Damage
We take great care of making sure our products are in perfect condition when we post them to our customers, but for any reasons if an item is faulty, damaged or wrong item when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible and a replacements will be sent free of charge.
