RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14 days refund policy only if the items sold are found to be incorrectly described. We are not responsible for pictures showing incorrectly on your monitor.

The refunds will only be made if the following return guidelines are followed:

The item must be returned in all the original packaging, including cartons, boxes and must not have been cleaned or laundered.

A buyer pays for a return shipping.

All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping.

Refunds are within 14 days from the day the customer received the original item.

Refunds will be made within 5 days of getting the item back.

ABOUT THE ITEMS

Products are inspected to ensure accurate descriptions. Any damage will be noted. We refold / repackage items after inspection as possible as we can. Items at times will not look exactly as neat as they would off the department store shelves.

We do not inspect for odors.
