We ship all items the same working day, direct from our own UK warehouse near Salisbury in Wiltshire. Customer collections are welcome by prior appointment.

Rarely (and in exceptional/unusual circumstances) we may ship items direct from our UK suppliers - in order to ensure that your delivery date is met. We use UPS, Interlink and Royal Mail as our carrier services. We have daily carrier collections which are made between 4 and 6pm. All orders placed prior to 3pm (and offered as a same day despatch item) are normally fulfilled same day. Orders made after this time (and before 7pm) can also normally be fulfilled same day, however if your order is urgent and you are ordering after 3pm then please contact our offices first to obtain a priority despatch.

Generally we send all items via the advertised service, however due to varying rules on weight and area restrictions; we reserve the right to upgrade the carrier from Royal Mail to DPD/TNT/UPS Courier at our discretion.

Please note that Isle Of Wight, Channel Islands, Sterling, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Cumbria (and other remote/out of area postcodes) may be subject to a shipping surcharge on courier items. If you live in these areas, or are unsure, then please contact us prior to buying.

Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for delays incurred by our carriers, although we will always do everything we can to help. We are only able to offer replacements or refunds for lost/damage items where the intended receipient (and/or buyer) has fully co-operated and provided the necessary information for a claim to be pursued with the responsible carrier. We send ALL items via either a recorded/tracked delivery service, or via a proof of postage certificate. Please note that all import duties and customs charges are the full and sole responsibility of the buyer.

Items returned to us as a result of any duties or import/customs charges [not being paid] will be refunded, but with their associated delivery costs (and any other seller costs incurred) deducted.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent service and offering high quality, A grade, factory direct products. If you are not totally satisfied with your item then please do contact us (prior to leaving any feedback) - we will always do our best to resolve any issues and are always willing to work with our customers to achieve a happy outcome in all eventualities! 

We will accept any return within 14 days where all packaging is intact and where the item has only been opened for the purposes of assessment. If your item is faulty then we will always offer a free of charge replacement.

Please note that items sent back outside of the 14 day returns period (or inside of this period where unreasonable use, damage or missing packaging is present) may not be refunded and a standard return delivery delivery charge of £5.99 will apply.

All return delivery charges must be paid prior to an item being returned. Please note that it is intially the buyers responsibility (at their own cost) to ensure the safe return of items to us, prior to any refund being made or replacement sent. We always recommend that items are returned in suitable packing and sent via a tracked service, or with proof of postage. Please note that we do not refund return postage costs unless agreed in advance and only where the item has been returned using a standard economy service with a free proof of postage - we are unable to refund any return postage where premium services such as 'Recorded',or 'Signed For' have been used.

All returns MUST be sent with a valid returns reference, which can be obtained from us via calling our offices, emailing us or contacting us via eBay message. Items returned without a valid returns reference can not be processed and may be refused.
