 Sales Tax
Sales tax will apply during checkout for deliveries to Ohio and applied to final sale price.

 Shipping
 Orders may be shipped with signature delivery required at our discretion. Please inquire with us in case this is not acceptable and we may make an exception.

Orders may ship from Ohio or one of our distributors from the US.  We currently have 15 locations in the US that your package may ship from.

We ship to all 48 contiguous States.  Items are shipped using the shipping option you chose at checkout. We can combine shipping on multiple orders.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US Territories outside the contiguous US will incur additional shipping charges.  We ship USPS Priority Mail or Express to these states.  Please email us for a shipping costs.  If a purchase is made and paid for, we may ask you for additional shipping fees. 

International orders may be processed through eBay’s Global Shipping Program and/or direct from our locations.


 Custom, Duty, And Import Fees
Customs procedures vary from country to country, and agent to agent. Please check with local officials regarding cost and proper procedures for labeling. WakeZone Marine is not responsible for customs charges and duties or delays by custom officers, shipping agents, or flight delays once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

 Returns
30 Day return policy on most purchases. Item must be “Brand New” in box, no exceptions.  We cannot return any installed, used, broken parts unless they are non-working upon arrival.

After the 30 time period, if item is need repaired, please contact the manufacturer for warranty instructions.  
Blister pack items are unable to be returned unless item is non-working upon arrival.

Map cards are NON returnable

Warranty
Most items we sell are covered by manufacturers' warranties. If you experience difficulty with a product, please contact the appropriate manufacturer for assistance and troubleshooting help or email us. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any issues
