But where did we come from?
WatchWarehouse was born from a 4th generation family business called Peter Burrowes Ltd which was founded in 1939, changing hands in 2007 to trade under the WatchWarehouse brand. To this day the company is still family run and has established itself as a clicks and bricks multi-channel leading retailer.

We do not have to accept your order and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order once it has been placed. This may be done for example if: Your payment is not authorised or has been marked as fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent, by the payment system. Payment has been made using a card issued in a country we are unable to dispatch to. There is an error on the website regarding the price or description of a product. The items ordered are no longer in stock or available. We have tried contacting you about your order and have not heard back within a reasonable period of time.

All orders are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 3pm. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery can be arranged if your require your order urgently. This can be added at the checkout.
We also ship worldwide via DHL Express or Royal Mail International Signed For, depending on your country. The cost to ship your item to Europe is £9.99 and £15.00 to the Rest of the World. All items sent internationally are fully tracked. You are able to track you parcel online with the tracking number we supply you via an automated email confirmation.
Once dispatched the order status will be updated and will show the tracking number for the parcel. You can then trace your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail or DHL website.
Please note that a tracking reference will not be supplied for parcels sent by Royal Mail, second class.

Restrictions
Postal code and recipient's land line telephone number are required in your shipping address. All deliveries must be made to a physical address and NO P.O. Box or mailbox addresses will be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for any custom or import duty charges, if they apply to your country (this does not apply to UK customers). Custom policies vary widely from country to country; please check your local customs office if you require further information.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, Royal Mail and DHL will leave you a card. This will allow you to telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or alternatively you can collect it from your local sorting office.
It has been brought to our attention that the postman doesn't always leave a card so please check with your local delivery office to see if your package is there before contacting us about a missing item.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery of your watch.
We also only use the highest quality packaging materials to ensure your order arrives safely.
Returns
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Do your Christmas shop safe in the knowledge that any unwanted gifts are eligible for our extended returns policy. Any purchases made on or after 1st November are entitled to a refund/exchange until January 19th 2015.
Unsuitable
We offer a 30 day returns guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The only condition of this policy is that the item meets the following requirements

Returned in the condition you received it including all packaging, manual and warranty

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit and customers are responsible for returns postage costs. In the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to us via a tracked service. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. Once we receive your returned item, will notify you via email.
Refunds will be issued within approximately 7 - 10 working days of the returned item to allow for a careful inspection of the watch to ensure it is in a re-saleable condition. The money will be refunded via the same method payment was taken. Please note that refunds cannot be made to any third parties.

Repairs
If you are requesting a repair, please include a clear explanation of the problem. Please note that if this item cannot be repaired in house, it will be sent to the manufacturer for repair under the warranty. If it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, the repair and return shipping will be completed for free.
Please see your watch's manual for definitive guidance on what is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If repair work is not covered, then we will get in touch with an estimate of the costs involved.
When contacting us please ensure that your eBay USER I.D and eBay ITEM NUMBER are quoted in the subject field for all correspondence. We aim to respond to all queries within 1 hour during office hours of 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
If your item does not arrive within the estimated time then It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and with your tracking number contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
Please allow 15 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.
