Childrens clothing customers: I do not have children. Hilton Head Island is a wealthy area and I take advantage of the closets available here. Second hand boutique clothing is super smart! If you are looking for something in particular, please message me and ask- I may have it. I list daily, so please come back often. 

I strive to provide excellent customer service and do business with integrity, but sometimes a mistake can occur. Please do contact me, through eBay's messaging system, if there is ever a question or problem. I promise to do everything within my power to make any mistakes right. 

Returns will gladly be accepted if I made a mistake or misrepresented the item, but only in that circumstance. 

Our home is smoke free, but we do love our little Jack Russell Mix. 

Local pickup is okay with me. Shipping is available anywhere through eBays Global Shipping Program. All clothes and non-breakable items that can be are mailed in high quality plastic mailer envelopes to save you money. I do not make money on postage. I charge you what I am charged to ship. I buy directly through PayPal and they charge the exact weight I list in the auction. Tracking is always included. 

I also realize that USPS is slow. I ship the next day, and the same day if early enough. I have no control over USPS, or their customer service, so please consider that when rating my service. 

For breakable items or larger boxes I recommend UPS. If there is a different shipping method you'd prefer, please contact me and I'll add it to the auction if possible. ***I LOVE COMBINING SHIPPING***  

Please note that all payments are due within 48 hours. This is so that I may quickly process and ship. Also, I have auto-assistant turned on for non-paying bidders and set to activate for any auctions not paid within 48 hours. Please do contact me if you need to arrange for extra time so that I can turn off auto assistant for your auction before the 48 hrs window is up.
