Courier Service	We use a NEXT DAY service with our couriers and goods should arrive with 1 working day after dispatch.

Delivery charges quoted are for England, Wales and Southern Scotland.  We are charged an extra £10 by our couriers for delivery to any other areas.

Delivery charges quoted for international services are for unfilled bags, we can normally do filled bags for Ireland and mainland Europe at very good prices.

Please contact us using Ebay messaging service if you do not receive your item within 4 working days after receiving your dispatch email.
When receiving your item please check to ensure that the parcel has not been open or damaged. You must indicate this on the courier note if it is damaged.

Nox Sports offer a complete guarantee.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can confidently return the item to us for a full refund.  Our full returns and refunds policy states:

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to our store in Burton on Trent within 16 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. 1. Postage Costs or return costs are non refundable under any circumstances. All Transportation costs relating to the return of goods is at the buyer’s expense.

All return items must be in the original wrappings and unused, therefore we make special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact.  Please keep hold of the original packaging that the item(s) were delivered in as you will need to return the item in the manner the item was received, this is essential to avoid damages on return and we must let you know at this stage that the responsibility for this is with the buyer.

This is put in place to allow you the consumer a closer inspection of the item first hand as you bought this item at a distance but also allows us the seller to be able to re sell the item as brand new. If the item is not resalable as new when returned we will not issue a refund.  This is especially the case with karate suits not folded back in their packaging.

2. It is very important that you know that the warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover problems created through misuse or lack of care.  If an item requires installing we will not take any responsibility if the item is damaged whilst being installed.

We are happy to take returns.  Please check the product at the time of Receiving and if it is damaged then please indicate this on the Delivery note of the courier.
