Due to the nature of our process, the colour and/or tone may vary in different lighting conditions, between batches of stainless steel (the coating reflects the metal underneath) and between production runs.

Also, please note that when we colour to order any bolts/screws, there will be one or two threads on the screw which will not be coated. Rest assured, however, the coating does not affect the efficiency of the threads.

To protect the coating, we suggest you use the correct size of spanner (not a ring spanner) or the correct size of allen key. It is very important that you do not over-torque the fastener. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft nonabrasive cloth. Avoid acidic, corrosive or abrasive products.

UK Postage and Packaging

We send all our packages in the UK via First Class Postage for free. Estimated delivery via Royal Mail in the UK is 3 to 5 working days from date of dispatch.

Please allow 15 working days (according to Royal Mail policy) before contacting us to inform us that your item may be lost in the post. Based on our experience, the loss of a parcel is a rare occurrence.

International Postage and Packaging

For International dispatches, for all orders below £10, we send items Standard International Small Packets at a cost of £5.00. For all orders £10 and over, we send our packages International Signed For at a cost of £10.00. Please request an invoice from us prior to payment of your order.
