DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery time doesn't depend on us and it should not reflect on our detailed sellers rating.
Please bare in mind, during the festive season delivery time may take significantly longer then usual.
UK 1ST CLASS: 2-3 working days, inland delivery may take up to 15 working days, no parcel will
be considered as lost until 15 working days have passed
UK 2ND CLASS:
4-5 working days, inland delivery may
take up to 15 working days, no parcel will be considered as lost until
15
working days have passed
We offer 2 types of international delivery, you can choose the one you prefer at the check out.
EUROPE: * INTERNATIONAL TRACKED: about 5-6 working days, up to 20 working days, no parcel will be
considered as lost until 20 working days have passed
* STANDARD: about 10-14 working days, up to 25 working days, no parcel will be
considered as lost until 25 working days have passed
REST OF THE WORLD: * INTERNATIONAL TRACKED:
about 5-6 working days, up to 20 working days, no parcel will be
considered as lost until 20 working days have passed
* STANDARD: about 10-14 working days, up to 30 working days, no parcel will be
considered as lost until 30 working days have passed
If you do not receive your item by the time described above we will
file a claim at the Royal Mail.
Once
the claim gets accepted you will be send another item.

PAYMENT:
We accept Paypal only. Please pay within 3
days of purchase. If payment for your item is not received within 3 days, the item will be it will be re-listed for sale.

POSTING, POSTAGE AND PACKAGE:
Items will be posted Monday to Friday with Royal Mail within 1-2 working days of payment clearing.
The postage and packing price includes the cost of the packaging
materials, labour costs and the price of the postage, not the price of the
stamp only.

PURCHASES OVER 50.00 GBP
All purchases over 50.00 GBP will be
send with a "Tracked" delivery, so please choose this option at the
check out. Otherwise the order should be cancelled.

DAMAGES, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS:
*We carefully check items before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, please
note this is due to circumstances out of our control. In that case,
please contact us and we will do our best to sort it
out. The replacement item will be posted or the refund will be issued,
after we receive the damaged item.
*If you want to return the item for any reason, you can do that in a 14 days of purchase. Original postage and
packing cost will not be refunded.We can only accept unused, unopened, and undamaged and in their original packaging.
Items in condition not suitable for resale, will not be refunded. Buyer pays
the postage cost of returning the items. You will be asked a proof of posting in case there are any issues or delays.
