About us: The Nadine Krakov Collection is a mature business that has been serving Beverly Hills and Los Angeles antique and estate jewelry needs for over 10 years. Our first store opened in October 1997 and we were fortunate enough to open a second in 2005.
Our policy: We are offering FREE Domestic shipping with full insurance coverage. Free shipping does not apply to any discounted sales. If you are unsatisfied with the piece, you may return it within 3 days for merchandise credit for the sale price; a 10% restocking fee will be assessed. We do not refund any shipping and handling charges. All returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received by the buyer. Buyer pays return shipping charge. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes, which are NOT included in the shipping costs. Packages shipped to addresses in California will be charged 9% sales tax. We guarantee the authenticity of our pieces, as well as the stated condition and functionality of all items. However, all items are sold in “AS-IS” condition without warranties, unless otherwise stated.
