This is a complete kit, which contains a fresh dug sago the day the order is received, a bag of special potting soil with palm fertilizer incorporated in it, a small pot suitable for the next year of growth, with some simple instructions to go by, a real nice gift for a friend or to keep for yourself.  The shipping charge is cheaper the more you buy.  The sago's may vary in size, some will be just a bit smaller, and some may be a bit bigger, but the picture is pretty accurate to the size you will receive, and the pot may vary, but will not be any smaller, and there will always be enough soil for which ever pot is included.
