Shipping & Handling
As a long time buyer and seller on ebay, I know how dissappointing it is when you open your package and find your item was damaged in transit. To help prevent damage to your item(s) I package every item I ship carefully and use tracking so you can follow your package on its journey to you.
Returns
We've all bought items only to arrive home and discover it wasn't what you needed, you were informed very firmly by your better half that you don't need it, or you decided you don't want it.
I accept returns on all unopened/unused items, no matter the reason. An item sold as used needs to be returned in the same condition it was sold in.
Buyer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.
A return must be started within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the buyer.

I recommend purchasing tracking and insurance when shipping the item back as I am not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs while the item is in transit back to me.
Returns will be inspected within 2 business days of receiving the item back and a refund issued for the purchase price of the item. If the listing included free shipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to offset cost of shipping the item to the buyer.
Damaged/Lost Items
In the unlikely event your item is damaged in transit, please let me know as soon as possible.
To file a claim with the insurer or shipping company and to help me improve my packing methods, please provide clear, detailed pictures of the damage to the shipping container/packaging and all damage to the item(s). Please don't discard any of the packaging or items as the insurer may need to contact you to verify the claim or may request to see these items before granting the claim.
I know it is frustrating to deal with such an event, your patience and cooperation is greatly appreciated!
Not as Described Returns
I try very hard to photograph and describe my items accurately so there are no unpleasant surprises.
In the event you receive your item and you feel it is not as I described it or I missed something, please contact me as soon as possible with a description of what I missed and photos. This will help me avoid this oversight in the future.
If the return is due to my mistake, I may ask that the item be returned to me. I pay for a return shipping label through ebay before you ship it, using the same shipping method I sent it to you. Items will be inspected and a full refund issued for the full purchase price and original shipping price within 2 business days upon receipt and confirmation of mistake.
At my sole discretion I may choose not to have the item sent back, in which case you will be refunded the full purchase price and any shipping price you paid within 2 business days of receiving pictures and description of my mistake.
