Lost in post items

If you did not receive  the item in time please CONTACT US by messaging us. We endeavour to  dispatch all of our items as quickly as possible. Once the item(s) have been  dispatched, we rely on Royal Mail and Hermes to deliver your items. 1st class  Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-3 working days in the UK and Hermes 3-5  working days (but is not guaranteed), If an item is thought to be lost in post, we kindly ask you to check if your item is being held at your local Royal Mail sorting office depot.

Returns

Damaged items     

If in unlikely event  you receive a damaged item, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will ask  you to provide us some pictures with the damages. We will arrange a return by  providing a FREEPOST label and once we will receive the item, we will send you  a replacement or refund.

Faulty items     

If in unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our  best to solve the issue. Sometimes the items are not actually faulty and might only  require adjustments.
