This kit is packaged to fit through a standard letterbox. Please note that picture sizes are not to scale and colours can vary due to screen resolution. The product sizes and quantities provided are approximations.

We accept payments via PayPal. If you require an invoice for your order please let us know so we can arrange one for you.

If you are making multiple purchases from us, please add each item to your basket and complete checkout in one transaction. If you are unsure if you have the correct total in your basket please select the "request total from seller" button or get in touch with us for further help before making a payment. We are unable to refund any over payments in postage if payment is made before an invoice is requested.

Payment or contact is required within 7 days. If we haven’t heard from you, we will assume the order is no longer required and we will begin an unpaid item cancellation case with eBay. If you’d like to cancel your order please just let us know and we will be happy to help.

UK orders are dispatched via 2nd postage as standard. 1st Class and Special Delivery options are available at an extra charge and can be selected at checkout. If you are making a large order we may dispatch via a courier and a tracking number will be provided.

Orders will be packaged to go through your letterbox wherever we can, however, due to the weight and size of larger orders this may not always be possible.

Occasionally items do go missing in the postal system. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please let us know, we can then dispatch you a replacement or we will issue a refund. Please allow for delays during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

All orders will be dispatched to the address given on your PayPal account, please make sure your delivery address is correct at the point of purchase.
