Return/Refund
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item to us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that the return must have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and be in its original condition. A full refund minus all shipping costs will be promptly issued back to you following receipt of the returned merchandise.
Shipping fees and insurance (if any) are non-refundable. We do not cover the return postage unless the item is damaged or broken due to our negligence. We will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. We recommend you to use a carrier service that provides a delivery confirmation number or tracking number.
