We offer FREE delivery on all our items sent within mainland GB our aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday) Your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days.. We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.

Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note in with your item(s), failure to do so will delay your refund.

Products are to be returned at your expense unless the product purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it.

Stoneacre will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.

Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim.
