Plugs available for these batteries:
  • Deans or T-Connector
  • EC3
  • XT90
  • HXT4mm
The custom plugs will be delivered with no cables attached and with heat shrink tube.
You will receive the batteries as the picture specific to the variation that you select.
The batteries will be sent with XT60 connector fitted as standard.
You can fit the plugs on the batteries by soldering them.

Please select from the drop down menus the appropriate battery type and connector type that you need.

First select the plug type from the menu "Plug Required".
  • Available plugs are: Deans or T-Connector, XT60, XT90, HXT4mm and EC3.
  • Please note that not all the batteries are available with all the plugs.
After you select the plug next select the discharge rate of the battery from the menu "Discharge Rate".
  • The higher the discharge rate the more power the battery can deliver to your electric system.
  • If your system requires 30 Amperes to function correctly at a normal pace the 20C - 30C will be sufficient.
  • Discharge rate of the battery is calculated by multiplying the mah rating (2200mah) with the C rating for constant discharge (20C)
  • Following this calculation the lowest rated battery can deliver 44000mah or 44A at a constant pace or 66A for a short period of time up to 10 seconds (burst discharge).
  • 40C - 50C can deliver 88A constant and 110A burts and so on.
  • Please note that not respecting these ratings will lead to short life time and internal damage of the battery.
  • Using the battery at full throttle continuously will damage the battery. Burst is used only for emergency cases.
  • Puffing or swelling, unbalanced cells, over discharge are effects of abusing the battery.
  • All the batteries come with a short manual describing how to use and take care of your batteries for maximum efficiency.
Then select the number in pack. One or two batteries can be selected. A 2 battery pack will be slightly cheaper.
Last step, select the "Quantity", how many packs you wish to purchase.
Please note that if you wish to purchase 1 battery with XT60 connector and one with Deans connector you need to add them to basket separately. In this case only the postage will be recalculated.

Any questions please feel free to ask. Our dedicated team is here and will reply within 24h.

  • All Turnigy Lipoly batteries packs are assembled using IR matched cells.
Turnigy Lithium Polymer NanoTech

TURNIGY nano-tech Lipoly batteries were designed from the ground up with serious peformance in mind. Utilising an advanced LiCo nano-technology substrate that allows electrons to pass more freely from anode to cathode with less internal impedance.
In short, less voltage sag and a higher discharge rates than a similar density lithium polymer (non nano-tech) batteries.
For those that love graphs, it means higher voltage under load, straighter discharge curves and excellent performance. For pilots it spells stronger throttle punches and unreal straight-up performance.

Advantages over traditional Lipoly batteries;
  • Power density reaches 7.5 kw/kg.
  • Less Voltage sag during high rate discharge, giving more power under load.
  • Internal impedance can reach as low as 1.2mO compared to that of 3mO of a standard Lipoly.
  • Greater thermal control, pack usually doesn't exceed 60degC
  • Swelling during heavy load doesn't exceed 5%, compared to 15% of a normal Lipoly.
  • Higher capacity during heavy discharge. More than 90% at 100% C rate.
  • Fast charge capable, up to 15C on some batteries.
Longer Cycle Life, almost double that of standard lipoly technology.
The nano-core technology in lithium ion batteries is the application of nanometre conductive additives. The nanometre conductive additives form ultra-strong electron-conducting networks in the electrodes which can increase electronic conductivity.
These additives create the ability for inhibition in the carrier liquid to supply more ion channels. This improves the ability of ion transmission and ion diffusion. Through improving electronic conductivity and ion transmission, the impedance is reduced and the polarization of high rate discharge decreases greatly.

Turnigy lithium polymer nano-tech A-SPEC G2

Turnigy nano-tech A-SPEC G2 lithium polymer batteries are built to the absolute highest of standards to provide competition level performance.
The A-SPEC G2 packs have the most stable consistent formula yet giving you peak performance without sacrificing reliability.
Featuring gold plated balance leads, silver plated discharge wires and an CNT (carbon nano tube) additives mixed into the electrodes, these batteries are simply unmatched by any other in performance and build quality!
The new CNT/electrode mixture reduces impedance, generating less heat and maintaining a higher voltage under discharge load. Basically what this means is that these batteries will provide more power in your machine especially during high current draw manoeuvres, and they will provide a longer cycle life due to the lower operating temperatures of the pack.
Top notch performance and build quality make these packs ideal for high-demand flying such as 3D helicopters, EDFs, F3A and any other high current draw applications.
TURNIGY nano-tech A-SPEC lithium polymer batteries are built with a LiCo nano-technology substrate complex and an all new CNT (carbon nano tube) additive greatly improving power transfer making the oxidation/reduction reaction more efficient, this helps electrons pass more freely from anode to cathode with less internal impedance. In short; less voltage sag and a higher discharge rate than a similar density lithium polymer (non nano-tech) battery.
TURNIGY nano-techs are the real deal, delivering unparalleled performance!
