Currently the only method of payment accepted is Paypal.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them Monday-Saturday Morning, any orders due for dispatch on a Saturday afternoon/Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday, this excludes public holidays where orders will not be processed until the next working day.

Postage

UK Customers - All our items are posted by  Royal Mail Second Class. 1st class signed for and special delivery are also available, please see postage options when placing your order.

International Customers - All our items are posted by Airmail, please see postage costs when placing your order.

Delivery

UK Customers - Items will typically arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch however occassionally items can take up to 15 working days to arrive due to royal mail delays especially during public holidays and Christmas time, Please allow this time before contacting us for an item not received.

International Customers - Items to most countries will normally arrive within 5-14 working days after dispatch however occassionally items can take up to 30 working days to arrive due to postal delays especially during public holidays and Christmas time, Please allow this time before contacting us for an item not received, Countries in Africa and South America can take up to 40 working days due to the postal services in these regions.

In the unlikely event that a parcel does not arrive after the time described above (Unfortunately parcels do get lost in the post sometimes) then a full refund or a replacement if one is available will always be provided.

Returns

Items can be returned to us up to 14 days after dispatch for a refund minus any postage costs, items must be unused and suitable for resale with any packaging that was included.  Please note any return postage cost must be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, in the event that an item is found to be faulty then return postage will be paid by us.
