We take great care to package your purchase securely and safely, however we cannot take responsibility for damage done in transit.

The shipping price includes postage and packaging materials.

Postage prices quoted are for regular mail only. If you are wanting registered or express post, please message us for a price.

We do our best to offer you the cheapest possible price on postage.

Due to the varied difference in size of some of our items, we may post your multiple purchases in separate envelopes to decrease the cost of postage. If you prefer your items to arrive in the one package, please let us know, otherwise we will post accordingly.

Again, we offer combined postage discounts where possible, so please request a combined invoice before making payment. We don't want you paying any more for postage than is necessary.

Our Guarantee ~ We post (envelope size) purchases 6 - 7 days a week and parcels 3 - 4 times a week. We use envelopes/tough bags with stamps whenever we can enabling us to post your item the same day (in most cases). Please be aware that these DO NOT have a tracking number. If you are concerned, please request registered postage.

IF for some reason, Australia Post fail to deliver your parcels within a reasonable time frame, we CANNOT open a 'mail dispute' with them until 3 months has passed. Please be aware that we do the best we can, but once your item is posted, it is then up to Australia Post.
