At Birdcage, WE HAVE A STRESS FREE RETURN POLICY, we want you to be satisfied, simply follow the procedure below.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please do so within 14 days of receipt. We will inspect all returned items and ask they be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re-sale. There must be a copy of your invoice and a letter requesting a refund or exchange. If the item is faulty please state the issue in the letter.
If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale, e.g. damaged, soiled, then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Once we receive your items back, we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge (Unless agreed otherwise beforehand). The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.
A refund will be issued within 1-2 working days once we have received your item.
We will refund the amount to the original card the payment method was made.

7 day cooling of period (EU only), the distance selling regulations state that all countries within the EU have a cooling of period of seven working days to cancel the order. Please note: the criteria for returned items must still match the above.
