Delivery

We will only dispatch sold items on the same day if payment is made immediately. All orders made before 2pm will be dispatched same day. We use  Royal Mail Tracked48 and will be provided with tracking details. Items will usually be delivered in 3-4 days. When royal mail isn't available items will be sent using Myhermes signed for. (there maybe slight delays during busier times like Christmas.)

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment needs to be made immediately.  We will only dispatch sold items on the same day if payment is made immediately after winning. This applies to all and there are no exceptions. If payment is not received a dispute will be filed with eBay which can restrict you account. We need to do this to recover our eBay fees. Once the dispute is opened, once we can claim our Final Value Fee back, items will be relisted and strikes sent immediately.
We are happy to accept PayPal as the preferred method of payment.

We DO NOT accept personal cheques or any form of Bank Transfer etc.

Payment via PayPal, please make payment within 4 days. If payment is not received within the 4 day period a Non-paying bidder alert will automatically filed, this is necessary to enable refund of our final valuation and re-listing fees.

Return Policy

All our items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Item must be returned in its original and unworn condition with all the tags and original packaging.  If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded.
