Dual Foam Flat insole - Inserts for shoes ( One Pair ) - 3/16" (4.5mm) or 1/4" (6mm) thick

Made of dual density foam it is the choice for sensitive foot, it has a Soft blue bottom foam and a softer top foam that compress to accommodate the plantar surface of your foot. Replace old and worn-out insoles or just get a new pair made of Plastizote and soft foam, The same materials used on some custom foot orthotics or arch supports dispensed by laboratories.This type of cover is mostly used on some Diabetic foot Orthotic devices because top layer is non-allergenic, non-toxic and it is very soft.

 The 3/16" and 1/4" insoles are recommended for persons with a weight of 132-Lb or less. Also we have a 7mm thick insole that is more stronger for persons with a weight of 150-Lb or less. The 9mm and 12mm version are recommended for persons between a weight of 140-lb to 200-lb. For persons with a weigh of more than 220-lb we have two Heavy-Duty versions, in 9mm and 12mm (navy blue bottom). For persons with more than 300-Lb we have HD-Max Diabetic Insoles that are 13mm and 16mm thick with a black bottom (very thick insoles for special shoes).

It is recommended to have several pairs, change shoes daily or twice a day and if weight is more than 132 pounds ( 60 Kilograms) then you should try the ticker version in 3/8" (9 mm) or 1/2" (12 mm) thick insoles, verify that your shoes have room to accommodate thicker insoles, top layer compress relatively easy - a feature useful on sensitive feet.

4. Flat design, will fit boots, sneakers and shoes with good toe room
   You may need to remove old inserts in order to fit them better.
