Orders usually ship within 1 business day from the time payment is received, unless otherwise noted (Except on weekends & holidays). Weekends need 2-3 days and holiday which depends on how many days the public holidays have).

IF YOUR ORDER IS WITH STANDARD INT.L SHIPPING SERVICE:

Hong Kong: Order will be shipped from Hong Kong by ec-ship.
United States: Once the order is arrived US, it will be shipped to customer by Postal Service (USPS).

Other Countries: Once the parcel arrived to your countries, it will be processed by your local post office,
e.g. Royal Mail in United Kingdom.

Some of the product will have FREE DHL delivery. Please check the listing content in details.

IF YOUR ORDER IS STANDARD INT’L SHIPPING SERVICE AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE TO EXPEDITED INT’L SHIPPING (DHL):

Express service can be provided upon request by email, customer can pay extra postage to our Paypal account directly to upgrade, it usually take around 2-3 days to arrive after dispatch.

Traceable Tracking Number:

All parcels are shipped by registered mail with traceable tracking number, the parcel is guaranteed to be delivered to the assigned address as it requires buyer to sign the parcel and pick up.

Customs, VAT fees, import duties and or taxes charged by your country are buyer’s responsibility; these are NOT included in item/s price and or shipping charges at time of purchase. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information. Q: How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

A: Normally, we provide 2 postage level, e.g. FREE Shipping and Fixed Standard Rate.

Free shipping is applied on selected items only, whereas standard rate is USD 5 applied for ALL countries per order, regardless of how many items for your order.

A: Product listed price is subject to change of exchange currency rate or change of cost structure.

A: DSstyles office opens from Monday to Friday and we do close on Hong Kong public holidays. Customers will be informed in advance via our news section and special delivery arrangement will be made in case of long public holidays in Hong Kong e.g. Chinese New Year. eBay store will not be closed during holiday and the order will be processed on the next business day after the public holiday.
