Sizing

*** SIZING ***

We stock footwear which are made in either UK or EU sizing runs. It is important to note that if a particular brand or style is made in EU sizing that the sizing will not be exactly the same as a brand or style made in UK sizing. They are two different size runs. For example, a shoe made in EU sizing, EU size 36 does not directly translate to a UK 3. An EU 36 is translates exactly as a UK 3.35, but obviously there is no shoe made in this size therefore an EU 36 is generally seen as the equivalent to a UK 3 as it is the nearest to it. This is the same for all shoe sizes, there is an equivalent size but not an exact translation between the UK and EU sizing.

We aim to ship every order on the business day of purchase as long as payment has been received before 2pm (GMT). Orders received after 2pm (GMT) or on weekends or UK public bank holidays will be shipped on the next business day. We do not ship any items on weekends or UK public bank holidays.

*** UK SHIPPING ***

We ship all UK mainland deliveries by Interlink Express Next Day courier service which deliver to you by the business day. This requires a signature. It will not be left by Interlink without a signature. For the rest of the UK (Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands) we ship by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery we usually delivers to you in 2 business days.

*** OVERSEAS ROYAL MAIL AIRSURE SHIPPING ***

For overseas deliveries we ship by Royal Mail Airsure (Track & Trace) to Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark (Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland, France (Corsica & Monaco), Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal (Azores & Madeira), Singapore, Spain (Balearic & Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland & USA. Airsure is only available in these selected destinations as it can only be operated to those countries with the necessary systems and infrastructure to support the product's Track & Trace requirements.

Airsure is generally a day faster than standard Airmail which means deliveries should be in 2 business day to Western Europe, 4 business days to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities) and 6 business days to the rest of the world.

*** OVERSEAS ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR SHIPPING ***

For countries not previously listed we send via Royal Mail International Signed For. Delivery to Europe usually takes 3-5 business days and for the rest of the world usually takes 5-10 business days.

We only accept payment through PayPal or credit card through PayPal.

*** SHIPPING & HANDLING ***

We aim to ship every order on the business day of purchase as long as payment has been received before 2pm (GMT). Order received after 2pm (GMT) will be shipped on the next business day. We do not ship any items on weekends or public bank holidays. However, on some occasions this may not be possible as the product may not be at our main site. If this is not the case and shipping will not be able to be carried on the day of purchase if before 2pm (GMT) or the next business day we will contact you through the eBay email service letting you know when your order will be shipped. If we no longer have the stock available to you, we will refund you fully through PayPal on the same day if the order is placed before 2pm (GMT) or after this on the next business day.

*** TAX CHARGES ***

20% VAT is included in all our prices.

*** FAULTY GOODS ***

All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and should reach you undamaged and ready for use. In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or a fault becomes apparent after wearing, a refund, credit note or replacement will be offered at our own discretion.

If you believe your goods are faulty, please email a picture of the fault to ebay@howorths-shoes-online.co.uk and your enquiry can be handled from there. A pre-paid returns label will be provided to return the goods. NB: We will not refund return postage costs unless previously agreed. All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for manufacturing defects. If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given. This is not limited to 14 days; please contact us for more information.

After inspection, if goods are found not to be faulty, any refund may be subject to an administration charge. Any outgoing or incoming postage charges will not be refunded.

*** UK RETURNS ***

Returns are accepted for faulty items or items that are not as described in the listing. A full refund will be given and a pre-paid return postage form will be sent to you after contacting us with your details. Returns for any other reason (i.e. wrong size) will receive a full refund for the value of the item purchased. No postage charges either outgoing or incoming will be refunded.
