I ship within the US and Worldwide US shipping is USPS Priority Mail or First Class as appropriate.    All taxes, duties and fees as charged are the responsibility of the buyer. I send out next day except Sundays and holidays. I am happy to combine shipping. Please await an invoice prior to paying for the combined shipping discount.
