OVERSEAS POSTAGE

In some cases we are happy to send goods overseas, although for insurance reasons we are unable to supply buyers in the USA and South Africa

Overseas postage rate is at cost price plus £1-£3 (depends on the size of parcel) to cover packaging.

We are happy to provide a quote for postage if you contact us via the EBAY “contact seller” system

DELIVERY

We dispatch orders six days a week*

Orders paid during the weekend will be sent on Monday morning. All orders are sent by courier (usually 24 hr. service).  All small items are sent by Royal Mail 1^st class service.

Please contact us if you do not receive your order within 7 working days as occasionally items go missing in the postal system.

Overseas deliveries will be sent airmail and delivery time will depend on destination.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase.

We accept returns of any item for any reason and will refund your payment. We simply ask that items are returned in original condition within14 days with a note of your EBAY USER ID and item number. Original Freight Cost is non-refundable
