Postage guidelines:
We are committed to despatch all orders within one working day (unless we notify otherwise and/or change the despatch time information), but we will normally expect to despatch on the same working day if orders are paid before 11:00AM UK time Monday- Friday. Where possible, we will still send orders taken after 11:00AM on that working day, and sometimes on a Saturday too, though this is not guaranteed.
UK orders will usually be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, who 'aim' to deliver within 2-3 working days under normal circumstances. Higher value orders, orders with a packaged weight of over 2kg, and orders containing goods prohibited by Royal Mail, will normally be sent by Courier, who 'aim 'to deliver within 3-5 working days.
We will combine postage wherever feasible. Most orders with a total packaged weight of under 2kg will be charged at £2.99, and most orders for Razor Blades only will be charged at £1.09. Please do message us using the Business Seller Information contact details if you wish to check on a combined postage costing, or are interested in a bulk purchase.

You can restore this link at any stage if you wish, though there appear to be no obvious advantages to doing so.
Be aware that many mobile, tablet and ipad apps do not offer this facility, so you are best to use a desktop computer or laptop. Unfortunately, eBay will not refund us their 11% fees if we make a partial postage refund to a buyer, so any subsequent refund that we make will reflect this. As an example, if a buyer pays for 2 different items, both with a postage charge of £2.99, but does not give us the opportunity to first send a revised invoice with the cost reduced, then we will only be able to subsequently refund £2.66 (£2.99 less 11%).
International orders will usually be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, now renamed 'International Standard', with delivery 'aim' of around a week for Eastern Europe, 3-4 working days for Western Europe, and 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the world (localised issues notwithstanding).
We will also look to combine postage on International orders, with the cost being entirely dependent on the total packaged weight. Again, please do contact us for a quote if you are looking to purchase more than one item.
The same guidelines for combined International purchases will apply as detailed above for UK purchases.
All Orders to destinations outside the EU will be subject to Customs duties. We will mark the goods as a 'Commercial Sample', with a very modest but realistic value and description.
EU buyers can freely purchase as much as they wish.
General:
Royal Mail offer a generally very reliable service at a reasonable cost, and allow us to keep our prices as low as possible. In our experience, Royal Mail will often deliver before the estimated eBay date, especially within the UK, but sometimes items arrive well after the expected date, especially for overseas orders. Royal Mail will consider an item lost after approximately 3 weeks in the UK, and 4 weeks overseas. Bad weather, strikes, local issues etc can all have an impact on delivery times. All deliveries in December are likely to take longer than usual.
