Return Policy
All items must be returned in the same condition it was received; new or unworn condition, without ANY signs of trying, in the original brand name retail box/packaging, including any brand name tissue paper and/or shoe inserts for the re-sale and refund value. Any item with signs of wear on them will not be credited back and will be sent back. All items MUST be sent with outer packaging materials and must not be written on or taped. Do not tape the box! If the box is taped, written on or otherwise damaged or if the shoes are returned without the original box, THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK. Please always use some outer packing. . There is a 20 % restocking fee when the shoes are returned. Refused packages are still charged the restocking fee. EXCHANGE Exchange is possible after previous agreement, there is no restocking fee, but buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
