People loved its versatility and durability. Their fully vitrified china became available in 1959, so they were able to begin producing dinnerware for restaurants and hotels. They concentrated their efforts in this area and no longer produced Fiesta® for retail. However, in 1986, they reintroduced a new improved Fiesta® to the public. It was now vitrified and lead-free!
