We ship FREE to UK mainland only. We cannot combine shipping and there is no local pick up. We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO's and to N Ireland.

And in these instances it is possible that those items may be sent through their network with their logo displayed on the packaging and delivery note. This is done in the interest of guaranteeing customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with this then Please refrain from buying from us. We only ship to the address on PayPal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the PayPal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances. Please make sure that the full name, address and post code are correct at the time of order. We can not be held responsible for delays in delivery for incorrect address details. Please be aware extra delivery charge may be incurred if an incorrect address is supplied.

Returns Accepted!! We guarantee your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 7 days from the time of delivery to cancel your order through a change of mind or no longer required reason. Please Note: The Buyer is responsible for cost of return and will incur a 15% administration fee of the total cost of Purchase price. If you wish to return an item or you would like to contact is, simply contact us through eBay's mailing system.
In the unlikely event that item arrives faulty/damaged Please inform us immediately. We are unable to process damaged items after 14 days from the date of arrival. On the rare occasion of faulty/damaged item Please be aware that photographs of the damaged/fault be required before your return, replacement or refund can be processed. The buyer is advised to check the delivery before accepting the goods.
By agreeing to this contract you accept that Returns, for any reason cannot be processed after 30 days from the date of arrival under the current Distance Selling Regulations.
Where possible we will make arrangements for the parcel to be collected by our chosen courier service without cost to the buyer if your parcel arrives damaged/faulty. If you request a replacement item, this will be delivered after receipt of your returned item and we will make arrangements for a new delivery date on your behalf. Please be aware that our courier is unable to schedule a specific time for a collection. Collections are made between 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Please allow 72 hrs for processing of refund after receipt of damaged/faulty items to our warehouse.
Please pack your parcel up securely, preferably using its original packaging, but removing the delivery label. If your order was delivered "Kerb side", it will need to be available for kerb side pick up. If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up. Any paperwork to process the return must be returned with each parcel, (if required). We will supply you with the necessary paperwork for the return. Once your parcel(s) are collected you MUST inform us of the tracking information left with you by the courier service used. We are unable to issue a refund without being in receipt of the tracking details.
