Bags of Italy is part of Giglio Ltd a family run business with over 10 years experience supplying fantastic Italian leather products from Florence the home of leather.
We sell only the finest handbags, briefcases, wallets and purses in a wide range of colours and styles. All Cavalieri and Daniela Moda products are marked 'Vera Pelle' - Genuine Leather, and are made to a very high standard.
Our family run business tries very hard to exceed our customers expectations and pride ourselves that 99% of the time we get it right. However there are occasions when circumstances outside of our control happen. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, is damaged in any way or you just don't like it, please don't just leave negative feedback, let us know. We are a nice company with nice people and are here to help you as best we can.
We try and go the extra mile for our clients that's why every single item is checked thoroughly before it is dispatched to ensure that we don't send out anything faulty. Luckily the quality of the items we sell means we have very few problems. Many of the styles we have sold for nearly 7 years which we believe is testament to both the quality and the timeless designs we produce.
All items have full details of the size and dimensions in our description and we are also introducing strap lengths and other details so our customers can make the best choice. The colours in our pictures are checked as best we can to match with the actual Item, however colours do vary between devices and as such cannot be 100% guaranteed.

We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards*, we will also accept cheques, items will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received.

Shipping
Combined shipping is calculated automatically for more than one item. To qualify for combined shipping you must purchase 2 or more items on the same order
Items sent within the UK are normally sent via courier and take 3-5 working days for delivery.
Items sent within the UK via the 1-2 working days delivery service will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Items sent to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man etc are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery and takes around 3-5 days for delivery
Items sent outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail international signed, Airsure or via courier depending on size and weight of the order. Shipments can take around 7-14 working days depending on the destination
We guarantee that your item will be dispatched within 3 working days. Most items are dispatched next working day however during periods of high volumes this may vary. Shipments are processed in order of payment recieved.

Our returns policy only applies to UK customers.
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty we will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods and postage. If your purchase becomes faulty shortly after purchase we will repair where possible or replace the faulty item. Non faulty goods should be returned within 14 days of receiving the product for a no quibble refund.
If the goods are received back in the new, never been used condition in which they were shipped, and with protective packaging and the tags attached, we will refund fully the price of the goods.
Any item returned not in the above condition will be not be refunded and the customer will be required to organise to pickup the item/s Refunds will be processed within one week of any item being returned to us. Unless the reason for return is error on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of the return payment. We therefore recommend you obtain proof of postage.
Please send a copy of your details with your package as this will speed up the refund process. Please email us before returning any items.
