Wir versuchen unsere Artikel so sorgfältig als möglich zu verpacken:
Unsere Artikel werden mehrmals mit besten Gewissen eingepackt und sind sehr gut gegen Schäden (Schlagspuren etc.) geschützt.

Im Falle eines Schadens:

Im Falle eines Schadens beachten Sie bitte folgende Punkte

1. Im Schadenfall bitten wir Sie Fotos des beschädigten Artikels an uns zu übermitteln. Lassen Sie das Paket bitte im Originalzustand, bis Sie weitere Anweisungen erhalten.

2. Füllen Sie bitte ein Schadensformular aus, und zwar an Ihrem lokalen Postamt oder der Ausgabestelle, wo Sie das Paket erhalten haben. Normalerweise werden Sie ein Formular erhalten, wo Sie den Schaden / das Verpackungsmaterial / Ursachen des Schadens etc. zu beschreiben haben. Bitte schicken Sie uns eine Kopie des Schadensberichtes per Email an office@apfel-antik.at

Wir werden unser möglichstes Versuchen um Ihnen Unannehmlichkeiten zu ersparen und Ihnen schnellmöglich behilflich zu sein.

Our articles are several times wrapped and are excellently protected against damage due to bruise.

In case of a damaged item:

In case of damage you need to do the following procedure:

1. In case of receiving a damaged item please send us pictures from the whole extent of damage as well as inside and outside of packing. Please keep the package in original condition until having received special instructions and further notice.

2. Please file a damage complaint at your local post office or at shippers office from which you have received the parcel. It is common that you will receive a form where you will be asked to describe damage / packing material / casuals of damages.
