Payment

• We only accept Paypal as a method of payment. This is for security purposes. 
• Paypal ID and a confirmed shipping address are required. Please double check you Paypal address, if you need to send to an alternative address it must be confirmed in Paypal. Payment is required within 3 days of purchase.

Shipping

• We ship to PayPal confirmed addresses only. 
• Products are generally shipped out within 1-2 business day after payment is confirmed. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. If product is purchased over the weekend, item will be shipped out the following business day.
• Once product is shipped, tracking number will be provided. Tracking number will be updated on your Paypal.
• UPS Ground is not available for HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO. UPS only ship to USA continental address.

Returns

• We offer a 14 day return policy and a 30 day warranty on products. Warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Warranty is voided if the product is mishandled or physically damaged by customer.
• Buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs and insurance. Product must be shipped back within 30 days of purchased date. Refunds are made for product value only, this excludes shipping and handling charges.
• All products are tested upon arrival. A full refund or replacement on the purchased item will be issued if tested as defective within 30 days. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days once we receive your returned item. There will be no extra charge on replacement items.
• All items must be sent back with original package and packing slip. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge.
• We will refuse all the returns which are outside of the 30 day warranty.
• We are not responsible for any kind of compatible issues.
