On all items that offer a combined shipping discount, you must first add all of the items to your shopping cart and then pay for them all in a single Paypal payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item(s) are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
International Orders (if eligible) are shipped via eBay's Global Shipping Program.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Buyer pays return shipping.
We will refund your money minus a 20% restocking fee.
All NEW items must be returned in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging.
All USED items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED POLICY

Please contact us before opening a case so that we have a chance to resolve any problems.
If an item is not received within a reasonable amount of time, and USPS tracking indicates that it has NOT been delivered, we will send a replacement.
If an item is received that is not in working order, we will pay for return shipping, and we will send a replacement.
If an item is damaged in transit, we will file a claim with USPS (if applicable), and we will send a replacement. We DO require clear photos of the damage to the shipping materials (box or padded mailer) and to the item.
If in any of the above circumstances a replacement is not available, we will refund your money.
