We also added the Shimano rapid fire trigger shifter while others only use the cheap turn shifter, so much nicer and smoother when changing gears even on hills.
Our 250 bikes go at up to 27 KPH and are very good on hills with 3 times the torque per watt used compared to direct drive hub system bikes.
