All colors are approximations of actual colors.

COMBINED SHIPPING

ü  We do provide combined shipping for multiple items.

ü  To receive combined postage, please add all of the items that you want into your Shopping Cart Then "Request a Total from Buyer" and wait for us to send an invoice with combined postage to you before making any payment.

ü  Please request an invoice BEFORE making a payment. If payment is made before requesting an invoice we DO NOT refund for combined shipping.

ü  When requesting an invoice, include the item name, size, and quantity along with your PAYPAL email address. An invoice will be sent along with the combined shipping fee.

SHIPPING

ü  Please noted that We will only ship to the address listed on your Ebay account only. If you want your package sent to a different address you can easily change it yourself on your Ebay account. You are responsible for the address that you provide us.

ü  If a package does not get delivered because of an invalid shipping address we are not responsible.

ü  If a package is returned to us, we can re-ship the item if the buyer is willing to pay for the shipping fee.

ü  If you decide to not have the package resent we will grant you a refund for the item excluding the shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

All International shipments must go through a customs clearance procedure. This may affect the delivery time of your item. Please contact your local customs office to inquire about customs clearance procedure times.

****Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering freight / shipping company or when you pick the item up. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These are NOT additional shipping charges.****

We DO NOT mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts", USA and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Please allow up to 21 BUSINESS days for international delivery before contacting us.

If a package does not get delivered because of an invalid  shipping address we are not responsible. If you are purchasing from outside of the U.S. please note that you will be responsible for your package.

 Please include a phone number in case your country’s customs needs to contact you about your package.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment and shipped within 1-2 business days. Tracking information will be updated via email and estimated time of delivery is determined by the shipping address and chosen shipping method. 

Exceptions holidays and weekends-  Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. All business that occurs on these days will be processed on the following business day.

DAMAGES

We try to package all items with the best care. However, if you received an item that was broken during transit, please take a picture and send us a message.

Insert the picture into the message thread and a representative will respond within 1-3 business days.

BACKORDER

Please note that our inventory changes daily and unfortunately we cannot always keep track of them all. If your item is not available immediately we will send it once it arrives, which usually takes about one week. If there is a delay we will notify you shortly after you've placed your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Ø  We accept returns on any UNUSED and UNOPENED items.

Ø  Accept return or exchange within 14 days only if your items have been unopened, unused, in original packaging and is re-sellable or if it has been determined that your item is not as described or defected or damaged during shipment.

Ø  Refunds will be given as Money Back

Ø  Buyer pays return shipping

Ø  The buyer will be refunded only for the item; not the shipping cost.

Ø  If the order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be excluded from the refund.

Ø  In addition, you will be responsible to pay the original shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee if we receive a return for any of the following reasons:

ü  You refuse a delivery without inspection

ü  You miss a delivery appointment

ü  Your original address on PayPal is unknown or undefined or undeliverable.

ü  You return a non-defective or undamaged product

Ø  Additional minimal shipping fees will be charged for exchanges.
