Order is being processed the same or next business day usually. Orders are being prepared and shipped on business days only.
We use regular post and couriers’ services. All shipping methods and options can be found on Shipping and handling section.
Courier’s delivery can have additional delivery fees, when customer’s address is in remote area. We do not have possibility to exclude these areas on shipping options. We will contact customer before order dispatch if such case occurs.
P.O box addresses cannot be used with courier’s services.
International Buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Any order can be returned within 30 days from date on which the goods have actually been delivered. Returned item has to be complete and in original condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Customer must also include, in the same condition as it was received: original packaging, manuals, free or bonus items, items, included in bundle.
Customer is responsible for any return costs.
Customer has to contact us before sending order back. It will help to handle return and issue refund more efficiently.
Customer has to return order within 14 days after return was approved.

Preferred payment method - PayPal.  We can accept bank transfer; bank details will be provided upon request. We do not take any direct credit card payments.
