We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials. When we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. 

Once the item is posted it is the buyer's responsibility to accept the parcel, some are delivered fairly quickly and others will take longer. If the item is returned to us, the buyer pays postage to be redirected.

If you're not happy with your purchase please let me know within 7 days and return within 14 days of item arrival. The item must be returned in the original packaging and condition. Return postage is paid by the buyer.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will refund the postage cost.
