Postage - Postal charges are clearly shown within the auction listing. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.
We try and ship everything out to you as soon as possible and as soon as payment has been cleared. All items we list on eBay are in stock at our warehouse. We use suitable bubble wrapped post bags or suitable mail bags for protection on all items.
If you place an order before 15:00, Monday - Friday (Excludin Bank Holiday and Public Holidays) we normally ship the same day. If you place an order during weekend or holiday period we will ship the next working day. The shipment to UK addresses usually takes 1-3 working days. Please note: Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 7 working days to deliver the item within so please wait 7 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us.
Unfortunately once Royal Mail collect items from us we lose any influence and control over their delivery. We ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within a reasonable length of time then please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@shopontime.co.uk so we can look into it for you. If you require a purchased item to arrive quickly we recommend you choose a guaranteed next day delivery service, if the service is not available on the listing please call us on (0121) 690 1010 to contact a member of staff regarding your deliver arrangements.
When placing your order please make sure that your full correct address is provided at the checkout as we cannot be held liable for any failed deliveries due to an incorrect address been provided. HANDLING & PACKAGING: We package and label all items very professionally so that they arrive undamaged and use new (recycled cardboard) boxes and biodegradable fill (chippings) whenever possible. We reserve the right (as required) to remove new goods from excessively large retail blister packaging so as to reduce the size of shipped packages and thus achieve lower shipping costs. You can be assured that we will NEVER try to make any profit out of shipping costs. |

RETURN OF ITEM(S) DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Please check your goods carefully when they arrive, and tell the courier immediately if they are damaged. If you sign to say that the goods were received in good order we cannot subsequently accept liability for damage sustained in transit. Please then contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the damage. If the goods are in stock we will re-dispatch straight away, but will require you to return the damaged goods (A refund of the return shipping costs will be issued). You will be liable for the cost of these goods if they are not returned.
RETURN OF INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM(S): We do our very best not to make mistakes, but if things do go wrong, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to put things right. So, if you don't receive what you expected or if an item is found to be faulty on delivery then please contact us. If the goods are in stock we will despatch the correct item(s) straight away, but will require you to return the original goods (A refund of the return shipping costs will be issued). You will be liable for the cost of these goods if they are not returned. RETURN OF ITEM(S) FOR OTHER REASON: If on receipt you are not satisfied with any item(s) for any other reason then, providing you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, you can return the item(s) in original condition and packaging (within 14 days of receipt) for a full refund of the original purchase price of the item(s). The buyer pays all shipping costs incurred. When you sending back item for replace, repair or refund we will not be responsible if the goods does not reach us. Note: Keep safe proof of your posting in case your goods goes missing you should be able to make claim against it. Any returned items that have any signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost. |
