Blonde Wigs |
Like
with most light-haired wigs, the wig cap may be seen through the hair. A
blonde wig is no thinner than any other wig, the light color simply makes it
easier to see through the hair. The overwhelming majority of our
customers will never notice or be bothered by it, but if you are one of the
minority, you should consider a different color. |

Curly Wigs |
Like with most
curly wigs, at times the wig cap may be seen through the hair. This is simply
the nature of a curly haired wig, where there will be gaps where the strands
curl different directions. This is particularly true at the top of the head,
where there is less hair. The overwhelming majority of our customers will
never notice or be bothered by it, but if you are one of the minority, you
should consider a different wig. |

Wig is Not Long
Enough |
Our wigs are new
and freshly curled. For this reason, they may appear to be shorter than in
the picture, when really, they are just more curled. The wigs will straighten
out with time, brushing, and water. |

Size Too Small /
Big |
If you believe the wig you received
is too small/large to fit your doll, please make sure you followed the
directions! Our wigs will be a tight fit, but they will indeed fit! Our
directions are on our eBay guides (go to our homepage) and on our website
(google us). |

Styling Level |
All of our wigs
have a styling level designation. If you or your child loves to play stylist,
you should choose a wig with the styling level marked high. These wigs are
extra thick and resistant to play. For normal children who only play with a
doll’s hair occasionally, an average styling level will do. For wigs with extremely
curly hair, we do not recommend brushing or styling the hair. |

Dos and Don’ts of
Wig Care |
Do NOT use a
straightener or curling iron on a wig! Our wigs are synthetic, not real hair.
They resist heat, but will become dry, damaged, or even melt if you use these

What Size Do I Need? |
To determine the size wig
your doll needs, use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of the
doll’s current hairline. Wrap the measuring tape around the hairline and the
measurement where the ends of the tape intersect is the size you need. Remember,
it is always best to go up a size than down a size if you doll is between
sizes. |
Note: Not every wig will fit every doll perfectly on the first try. Play with positioning the wig the way you want it before you glue. You may decide you want to trim the bangs, go for a side-swept look, or add bangs where there were none before.

International Orders | We are experienced international shippers, and we welcome your international order! We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes. International orders usually take 6-10 business days to arrive, but some orders may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. |
Item Not As Described | We are human, so mistakes will occasionally be made. If the item is materially different from the listing description, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If you have a valid claim, no restocking fee will be charged, and a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you if a return is required. |
Returns | Sometimes things don’t work out, so we offer a standard 14-day return policy. Items sent back to us for any reason other than a valid “Item Not As Described” claim fall into this category. Buyer must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging (hair nets, dust bags), with a RAN. You are responsible for getting the item back to us within the return time period – this includes return shipping costs. We are a small business, so we have to charge a 15% restocking fee to recoup some of the original shipping costs and materials. Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account within 1 business day once the item has been received and verified. If the returned item does not comply with these conditions, we may refuse the item or issue only a partial refund. |
