Here is a  Kipon Adapter for all Alpa lens to Leica M camera body. 

Check points:

1. Switch the bayonet with the metal chip, loose the ring (which affect the infinity function)

2. Pull out the ring, then switch back to fix the bayonet.

3. As you can see from last part of the video, adapter can reach the "Infinity".

It is 6bit coded, with it, you can fit Alpa Kern (Macro) Switar 50mm 1.8/1.9 lens on leica M mount body, with rangefinder coupled, even on M8.2/M9/M9p/M240 digital camera. 

With it, you can fit all Alpa mount lens, such as kinoptik, angenieux, Kern, Kilfitt Macro Kilar, Schneider etc, on Leica M240 camera, though it is w/o rangefinder coupled. M240 is with Liveview, easy to focus. Give your antique alpa lens a new life on M240 digital camera!
