All our items are posted first class in the UK. We ship all items within 3 working days, usually faster. We use recycled products where we can. All items are professionally packed. All items are new unless stated. We require payment by paypal. All major credit and debit cards are accepted by paypal (no paypal account necessary).  

Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days. Buyer pays return costs. There is a returns slip included with your item to make the process easier. Please contact us on the email address provided on the slip if you have any questions.

This beautiful alpaca poncho was bought in person from the Bolivian designer who made it.  We paid a fair trade price for their work.

The alpaca wool is one of the softest natural fibres in the world and you will feel snug as well as stylish. A must for the freezing weather!

We have been working with artisans overseas since 2007 bringing you unique and fresh products. We continue to travel all over the developing world to personally meet with craftspeople, women's initiatives and small family businesses and work with these groups to build ongoing, progressive business relationships built on mutual respect and sustainability. This allows us to personally ensure that the principles and standard of fair trade are upheld by our craftspeople.
